Yep. They put in A new membership level to Web Prosperity that is totally free.
Of course you have fewer tools and benefits but it is still possible to start out making money SLOWLY.
You can earn up to an earnings cap of $2500 / month with this free level.
Free methods usually take the longest and require the most work but it can be a safe place to start.
